Anthology Film Archives offers the best rates and the most flexibility for screening room rentals in New York City.
Anthology has two theaters which can be rented by individuals or organizations for a wide variety of presentations, including: premieres, private screenings, classes, guest lectures, benefits; by invitation or open to the public; and multi-day film and video festivals.
Anthology rents both theaters by the hour, and prices include the services of a projectionist, theater manager, and, if needed, a box office person - there are no extra charges. The theaters are equipped to project most film, video, and audio formats; have HVAC; and have lobbies that can be used for receptions, information tables, step and repeat banners, etc. Availability varies.

There is a $150 per hour inspection fee for all film prints.
