From June 9-15, Anthology presents the U.S. theatrical premiere run of A WOMAN ESCAPES, the new collaborative feature by Sofia Bohdanowicz, Burak Çevik, and Blake Williams. Each evening during the run, we pair the new film with previous works by its co-directors, including Blake Williams’s extraordinary short and feature-length experiments in 3D, Burak Çevik’s THE PILLAR OF SALT (2018) and BELONGING (2019), and Sofia Bohdanowicz’s earlier collaborations with filmmaker and actress Deragh Campbell, in which Campbell embodies her alter-ego Audrey.
