THE NEW YORK POLISH FILM FESTIVAL

May 4 – May 8

The annual NEW YORK POLISH FILM FESTIVAL offers hundreds of diverse viewers in the NYC area the chance to celebrate Polish cinema, and the rare opportunity to interact with the filmmakers themselves. NYPFF showcases acclaimed features, shorts, and documentaries, all created by distinguished Polish filmmakers, both new and long-established. NYPFF is the largest festival promoting and presenting Polish films on the East Coast.
In homage to Krzysztof Kieslowski’s prolific career, this year’s festival, its seventh edition, will be dedicated to documentary, short, and independent films in particular. On the occasion of Kieslowski’s 70th birthday, and the 15th anniversary of his death, NYPFF is proud to present the filmmaker’s early works, including his striking student films and documentaries. NYPFF invites all to join in the celebration of Polish cinema!
